One Percent Oregon offers full service real estate services at a fraction of what traditional full priced agents charge. We use technology to work more efficiently and to save you money. If you're willing to hold your own open houses and receive offers and communications by e-mail or telephone this program will be perfect for you. |
At Short Sale Oregon we will list your home at now cost to you. All real estate commissions will be negotiated and paid buy your lender.
