Home Seller Coaching Terms and Conditions

1. Service Description

Realty Net, LLC’s Home Seller Coaching service is designed to assist Sellers in the process of selling their property. This includes guidance on market trends, pricing strategies, staging, marketing, and general support throughout the selling process.

2. Client Commitment

• Sellers agree to actively participate in the coaching process, completing tasks and exercises as advised.

• Sellers are responsible for their final decisions and actions in the property sale.

3. Fees and Payment

• The Seller agrees to pay a predetermined fee for the Home Seller Coaching service.

• Payment is made in advance and can be completed via credit card, PayPal, check, or cash.

• A 3.5% charge will be applied to payments made by credit card.

• All sales are final and non-refundable.

4. Confidentiality

• Realty Net, LLC maintains the confidentiality of all Seller information and discussions during the coaching process, except as required by law.

5. No Guarantee of Sale

• Realty Net, LLC offers coaching based on industry knowledge and experience but does not guarantee property sale or specific sale price.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Realty Net, LLC’s liability in connection with the Home Seller Coaching service is limited to the fees paid by the Seller.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.

8. Amendments

• Realty Net, LLC may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of new terms.

By participating in the Home Seller Coaching service, the Seller acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
